1. Herod’s response – F_____ of losing C_____ of his own life, going against God’s teachings, both subtly & overtly.

Herod held on to his privilege T_____.

REFLECT: Is there anything in your life that you fear losing control of?  What area/s of your life are you holding to tightly to?  Is there any part of your life that is going against God’s teachings?  

2. The Magi’s response – a S_____ of privilege and status in order to present gifts of worship to the King of Kings.

Recognizing our privilege is not meant to be a means by which we C_____ ourselves to others, but rather a means by which to measure how much we should S_____ for the K_____ of God.

REFLECT: In what areas of your life do you have privilege?  How might God be calling you to help speak life and truth to someone who needs it?  How can you help build the Kingdom of God?

3. Joseph and Mary’s response – a P_____ of welcome and a heart of O_____.

REFLECT: How can you still practice hospitality in the midst of Covid-19?  Is there any area of of your life that you felt God was calling you in the past, but you were not obedient?  What would it look like for you to be fully obedient to God?
